Fractional Property Ownership
Fractional Ownership of freehold property is a very simple concept of putting like-minded people together to purchase a property that they could either not afford or justify for a variety of reasons.
Fractional Ownership is not new; it is now the fastest growing sector of the property market in America which has seen tremendous growth over the past 10 years, this trend is now set to take off in Europe as prices continue to rise in the most popular areas. For many years purchases of luxury items such as jets, boats and even racehorses have been sold fractionally enabling more and more people to afford such items.
What do i get?
Each property is divided into eight shares and each share or share(s) that you acquire are supported by land registry ‘title deed’ documents.
Each share holder will be entitled to 42 days occupancy a year with 14 of those days guaranteed between 1st May and 31st August.
Can I sell my share(s)?
Yes of course you can. The shares belong to you and you have the right to do as you wish. Our Fractional Agreement clearly sets out the procedures and guidelines.

YPA at the London Golf Show
YPA ambassador and Ryder Cup hero Lee Westwood will be the first person to enter the 2008 London Golf Show as he formally opens its doors on Friday April 25th.
He will subsequently be appearing on the Your Place Abroad Fairway Living stand for the rest of the day.
